We currently act for numerous large Trust portfolios, and consider ourselves as pioneers in Trust instrumentation, along with their Trust Deeds.  We are specialists in this field, having taking the implementation of  the Trust route since 1980 for varying beneficial reasons.

Secretarial Services

Our staff administer the formation  and deregistration of companies and close corporations, preparation of prospectuses for small private placing’s, maintenance of statutory registers, minute books and submission of statutory returns. Applicable agreements are tailored to meet your personal needs.

International

We offer guidance and are able to assist with international / offshore structures, including Mauritian Trusts and Companies (APT, GBL1, GBL2), and have access to a network of Mauritian consultants.
